Cayman Airways Partners with Protect Group to Offer Refund Protect Across All Routes and Markets |
Cayman Airways has partnered with Protect Group to offer Refund Protect, allowing passengers to upgrade their booking with enhanced refund terms at checkout.
The partnership will see Refund Protect made available across all Cayman Airways routes and markets, and across all accepted forms of payment, providing a consistent experience for customers booking travel to, from and within the Cayman Islands. Refund Protect will also be available through the Cayman Airways mobile app, extending the same added reassurance to customers booking on mobile.
The launch is supported through Cayman Airways’ Sabre-powered digital booking environment. Sabre is one of Protect Group’s integration partners, enabling Refund Protect to be embedded into the booking flow in a way that is simple, scalable and aligned with the airline’s digital customer experience.
Refund Protect allows customers to request a refund if they cannot travel due to unforeseen circumstances, as outlined in the terms. The service is fully managed by Protect Group, from refund application through to customer support and payout, helping Cayman Airways enhance the booking experience without adding operational complexity.
