Brussels Airlines to Begin Direct Kilimanjaro Flights June 2026

Brussels Airlines to Begin Direct Kilimanjaro Flights June 2026 | Brussels Airlines is set to expand its long-haul network with an exciting new destination – Kilimanjaro, Tanzania.

The inaugural flight is scheduled to depart on June 3, 2026, marking the airline’s first service to this popular travel hotspot. Initially, flights will operate twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday.

Kilimanjaro, known for its breathtaking scenery, serves as a gateway to the iconic Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, as well as to the renowned Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites. This addition will enhance Brussels Airlines’ long-standing commitment to providing connectivity in sub-Saharan Africa, bringing the airline’s total destinations in the region to 18.

Passengers flying to Kilimanjaro will travel on the Airbus A330-300, featuring 288 seats in Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class. Tickets are currently available for booking on brusselsairlines.com, with return fares starting at €519.

In addition to the launch of Kilimanjaro, Brussels Airlines is also increasing capacity on other routes, including enhancing flights to Freetown, Sierra Leone, and expanding services to popular destinations in Spain and Portugal, including Barcelona and Malaga.
