Emirates to open World Stores in Ghana and Nigeria | Emirates is set to launch its first Emirates World stores in West Africa, specifically in Ghana and Nigeria, AviationGhana sources within the airlines have confirmed.

This new retail concept aims to enhance customer experience by offering world-class products and services. The introduction of these World Stores will strengthen Emirates’ presence in Ghana, where the airline already operates daily flights between Dubai and Accra. The first Emirates World Store opened in Kenya in November of last year, followed by another in Casablanca, the largest store to date.

Emirates World stores are designed to enrich customer interactions through immersive experiences and personalized services. They feature a light and airy color scheme that reflects the airline’s signature inflight aesthetic, complemented by an open-plan, lounge-like environment.

The stores include customer service counters manned by knowledgeable consultants who assist with a wide range of services, from travel itinerary planning to reservations and general inquiries.

A highlight of the Emirates World Store is the full-size showcase of the iconic Emirates Onboard Lounge experience, along with a Premium Economy seat display, allowing travelers to get a closer look at Emirates’ signature offerings.

Additionally, innovative technologies like the ‘selfie mirror’ enable customers to take photos against scenic backdrops, encouraging them to explore further. Self-service kiosks also provide a convenient option for customers, reducing wait times and streamlining the service process.
