  2. Holder of Bachelor degree or high school certificate with 2 years post diploma studies
  3. At least 18 years old and 28 years old at most
  4. Can swim 50 meters in 2 minutes
  5. In good physical and mental health
  6. Bilingual: English & French
  7. Dynamic, empathic and ability to remain calm in emergencies
  8. Good general knowledge
