ASKY Marks Customer Service Week with key travel partners

ASKY marks Customer Service Week with key travel partners | ASKY Airlines, the largest foreign airline by frequency that serves Ghana’s Kotoka International Airport, celebrated Customer Service Week in 2024 with key travel partners in Accra, Ghana.

The airline’s management, led by Country Manager Mr. Worlanyo Afadzinu, visited the offices of their key travel partners from October 7-13, 2024.

During these visits, the ASKY team addressed any concerns partners had about their products and services and provided physical demonstrations of the solutions. Some of the partners the ASKY team engaged with directly from their respective offices included Satguru, Wakanow, Travel Matters, and Euro Tours.

The Asky Airlines Team also registered customers to their frequent flier programme to enable them unlock a world of many rewards. ASKY Club is the loyalty program of the Lomé-based airline. There are four (4) levels of membership with specific advantages.

Brown is the entry level of ASKY Club. A member is enrolled with a Prospect status on the Brown Tier by default. A Prospect member’s account status will automatically be changed to Active when the first Flight transaction is recorded. An enrolment Bonus of 1,000 Miles is allocated as an incentive. If during your enrolment you select e-mail as preferred communication tool, you will be allocated an electronic bonus of 500 miles. These bonuses will be credited at the first flight activity. Once you accrue 2000 status miles or have completed two flights you will receive your permanent membership card. This card permits you to accrue miles every time you fly on ASKY or its partners. This will allow you to attain the next level easily.

The second level of ASKY Club. Once a passenger reach 25.000 miles they become Silver. You will be granted an attainment bonus of 1000 miles. At this level you begin to enjoy advantages as our frequent traveler and a special member. As a Silver member you get a tier activity bonus of 25% on your status miles accrued when flying ASKY. You will enjoy the following advantages: A personalized service and treatment at ASKY agencies when booking, Priority on waiting lists, assistance at the airport, 10kg baggage allowance, access to airport lounges on ASKY Hub, upgrading, award ticket, personalized luggage tag.

This is the third level and one of the top of ASKY Club. Once you reach 50.000miles you will be qualified to become Gold. An attainment bonus of 1000 miles will be granted to you. As a Gold member you have additional advantages as one of our VIP customers

Black Level. This is the TOP of ASKY Club. You will be eligible on this level once you obtain 100.000miles. Then you become Black, and this makes you our Elite customer. You will be granted an attainment bonus of 1000 miles. As our Elite member, you have more advantages. When flying ASKY you will be granted a tier activity bonus of 100% on your status miles accrued. As a Black member you will enjoy all of the above with 20kg baggage allowance.
