A microlight aircraft with registration number 9GADV has crashed in Tema, a coastal town located 27km East of Ghana’s capital, Accra.
The aircraft, which was flying from Ho, the capital of the Volta Region to Accra, lost contact shortly after 1418hrs.
The Skyarrow operated micro light aircraft, according to eye witnesses, crashed at about 15:20hrs killing all two persons onboard.

The Ghana National Fire Service ( GNFS) has so far confimed the recovery of the remains of the two passengers onboard. The GNFS has also stated that no person onground was injured.
